Answer:  

This NWCL season: Player who practiced on the pitch cannot bowl for next 5 overs (Laws of Cricket Code 2000)

Next NWCL Season: Player who practiced on the pitch cannot bowl for next 30 minutes of playing time (Laws of Cricket Code 2000, Revision 2003)
